  • BluegrassNet does NOT control Windstream rates for services. Check with your Windstream or BluegrassNet Representative to verify posted Windstream rates.

When ordering the service, call BluegrassNet first, one of our Account Representatives can assist you in making arrangements with the phone company. If you call Windstream directly, make sure you tell them you want BluegrassNet as your ISP.

Activation

BluegrassNet does NOT charge any activation fee or modem fees when initiating DSL services in Winstream service areas.

Equipment

The service requires the use of a DSL modem which is provided by Windstream and shipped to your location. This takes normally one week from placing the order.

Firewall and routing equipment are the responsibility of the customer, please contact BluegrassNet if you have any inquiries regarding these services.
