- Includes: email account with spam/virus filtering, 50MB personal web space with 500 MB/month transfers
When ordering the service, call BluegrassNet first, one of our Account Representatives can assist you in making arrangements with the phone company. If you call Windstream directly, make sure you tell them you want BluegrassNet as your ISP. BluegrassNet DOES NOT make any guarantees on Windstream pricing, please check with your Windstream or BluegrassNet Representative to insure that you have the latest pricing.
Activation
BluegrassNet does NOT charge any activation or modem fees when initiating DSL services in Windstream areas.

Equipment
The service requires the use of a DSL modem which is provided by Windstream and shipped to your location. This takes normally one week from placing the order.
