*Unlimited Access: BluegrassNet provides the user 300 hours of dialup service per month per the stated rate above. This averages out to roughly 75 hours per week of access time. Any overages may be subject to the $1 per hour overage fee. It is at the sole discretion of BluegrassNet as to whether these charges will be enforced. There are no limits as to the hours of usage.

Necessary equipment at the customer site: modem / ISDN modem and phone line
