Description of Service: This is where the customer gets his own server, and we run the server for you. We build and maintain the hardware and OS (this includes loading patches and upgrades to the OS)

Application: This service is perfect for websites that get a lot of traffic, websites that have a lot of database querying going on, websites that support many remote sessions.

• Prices listed above are on Unix systems ONLY. Any customers wishing to operate a Windows environment must call in for custom pricing.
• BluegrassNet engineers specialize in Unix, and are capable of working in several different environments including Redhat, Fedora, SUSE, IBM, HP, etc.
• Sys Admin / Root privilidges are addressed on a case by case basis. As a general rule, this is not allowed, but we will make exceptions in unusual circumstances.  Please talk to your BluegrassNet rep about this.
• BluegrassNet has a wide range of engineering expertise, and will address custom quotes that have unique requirements such as:
  • Firewalling
  • Special Routing Rules
  • Layer-2 Tunneling
  • Clustering
• Different Backup scenarios are available upon request, but are NOT included in the pricing listed above. If you decide to have BluegrassNet take care of your backups, BluegrassNet makes no warranties or guarantees that your backups will work. All backups are delivered on a best efforts basis. Generally it is up to the customer to take responsibility for this action. Please talk to your BluegrassNet representative about this issue.
• Additional Bandwidth is available upon request, please refer to your BluegrassNet sales rep for the latest pricing on overage bandwidth
• Customers that cause their server irreperable damage, will be subject to a additional set up fee if BluegrassNet engineers are required to rebuild the server.
