• BluegrassNet can provision both 10Mbps and 100Mbps ethernet ports that access the Internet via multiple DS-3 grade IP connections.
• Bandwidth pricing is based on both tiered and 95th percentile basis.

Access To Facility:

• The BluegrassNet Data Center is operating on a 24 x 7 schedule and you can access your servers at any time.
• There is a system maintenance area available for you to work on your servers should any issues arise. There is also a hardware vendor (Computer Outlet) adjoining the facility that sells all networking hardware during normal business hours.

Ordering Procedure:

Step 1: Call BluegrassNet (502) 589-4638 and speak to an account representative. Outline what your needs are, and allow him to put forth the best quote we give you. We PROMISE it will be VERY competitive.

Step 2: Review your Quote/Service Order Form and the Acceptable AUP. All customers MUST sign a service order form / quote and an acceptable use policy prior to placing servers at BluegrassNet.

Step 3: Bring your server(s) in.
