| BluegrassNet Technical Support Policy
BluegrassNet maintains a technical support staff on duty from 8AM to 9PM, Monday thru Friday, and from 10AM to 6PM on Saturdays & Sundays.
Technical Support is intended to lend support to BluegrassNet clients in the event that their Internet Connections are not working properly, or applications that relate to the Internet are not working properly.
Dedicated Accounts have a special telephone number to call should anything go wrong with their 24 hour/day connection. That telephone number is on the customer's invoice.
