Once the machine has rebooted,
open "My Computer" and double click on "Dial-Up Networking" (see fig. 1).
A window pops up declaring that the Phonebook is empty. Click "OK" to continue.

Check the box at the bottom
of the screen and click "Finish"- (see figure 4)

Edit the screen that pops
up so it looks like this. NOTE: The phone number will differ depending on
your location (see the handout you received when you signed up with IAI).
