BluegrassNet works on several different content management systems and even has developed our own CMS for very lean deployments. CMS Platforms that we also support are WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Liferay, and Social Engine.

What CMS is right for you? Well, that depends on what you want to do. The least expensive is WordPress, in fact we generally work to take people off WordPress and onto more robust systems if the customer has outgrown their WordPress.

We oftentimes spend time supporting completed sites that are already built in one of these platforms and the designer is not longer engaged with that developer. So, if you’re sitting on a site built on Joomla, Drupal, or Liferay, please call us. We are completely capable of supporting you, making changes, and doing little add-ons.

If you are looking to build a new site, then you should call us or come in for a visit to discuss your needs.

Things like (a) how many people will be visiting the site (b) what will they be doing (c) how will data be moved around the website (d) how big will the data pulls and pushes be (e) who is going to be making changes in the future, and yes (f) how much money do you have to spend on the project… all of these questions need to be addressed in order to select the proper CMS implementation.
